I had heard the talk given by Elder D. Todd Christofferson, before and remembered loving the story of the
current bush, but seeing it in video form was very powerful to me.
It made me ponder how many times in my life, I've thought that I was on top of the world, only to be cut down by trials, hardships and tribulations. I've found myself asking, just as the little currant bush did, "How could you do this to me?"
But we need to remember that God is our gardener and he knows what he wants us to be.
"Thank you Mr. Gardener, for loving me enough to cut me down."
